I am over 18 years old and have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Hire and H&GRH Polices. I declare that I shall be responsible for adhering to those conditions during the period of the hire. Note for new and one off events a refundable deposit of £50 payable to the Hope & Galmpton Recreation Hall (sort code 30-99-50, Account # 63847463) is required to confirm the booking.
